At Arkwood, our team specialises in two key areas of domestic construction, Complete Home Refurbishment and Open Plan Kitchen Extension/Sunroom  to transform your home. In our experience, the two areas require similar and over lapping expertise at both the planning, construction and fit out stages.

We pride ourselves on having built a team over a long period of time that have all the elements of experience and expertise in working alongside the client and/or architects to bring these projects to completion in a timely and efficient manner with quality always in mind.

At Arkwood, we are constantly innovating, using the most up to date materials, energy efficient products and work practices. We pride ourselves on the energy efficiency of our projects together with a strong emphasis on design and finish.

At Arkwood Construction, having noticed the demand for a full bespoke fit out service for our clients with busy lifestyles, we set up Arkwood Interiors Limited in 2005. Arkwood Interiors was set up as a separate company that works hand in hand with the client and the Arkwood team to offer our clients an additional bespoken and full fit out services, if required, taking care of a lot of the time consuming elements and decision making. The Process

Contact

After you have contacted us by contact form, phone call or e-mail we will call you for a brief chat and to go true outlined details and potential design of your project. An approximate timeline and budget for your project will be discussed. If you are interested a home visit will be then arranged. All of this is free of cost.

Home Visit

Our designer will call to your home where they will have a chat about what you are hoping to achieve. We will advise you on how to make the best use of the space available and discuss which is the right service for you to create a bright and spacious, open, light filled, well insulated home. In this meeting specifications, design brief, timeline and budget details will be discussed. If you would like to go ahead a project, 3D drawings, a detailed quote and a detailed survey of your house will be made, for a small fee.

Visit Complete Projects

An appointment will be made for the client to visit a completed ARKWOOD project in your area, which usually will have many similarities to the project proposed for your home. Visiting one or two Arkwood projects will help you to visualise the potential of your own home as well to view the quality of the Arkwood design, finishing and also to get feedback of our customers on how their project went.
