Design and build 

At ARKWOOD  we have a full design and build service as described in our process page where we can give you a full service from start to finish. One entity, one contract, one unified flow of work from initial concept through completion, hassle-free. Our team can take care of the complete project from start to finish, including design, planning and certification by our structural engineer.

What to expect in your design and build project:

• Home visit
• Specified and comprehensive quote, that means our quote is very realistic 
• Quality suppliers
• Help in the decision making process (colour, tiles, flooring, kitchen, furniture, garden, landscaping, etc)
• Regular updates in the status of your project
• Always respect the timeline previously agreed

Build only 

If you have the design and  you are happy to do so, we can then price the project for you and include specifications of the finishes, insulation, etc. That means we go straight to the quote, specifications and budget. If you are in agreement with all the above, the timeline and a starting date will be confirmed.

Even though you already have your design project you can still use our interiors services to help you choose finishes, windows, doors, furniture and décor, garden layout etc.

Architects 

We also work with selected architects where the project is fully specked and there is a tender list of approved contractors.
